Nutrition is soooo important for a pua. I really go into detail in this video, check it out, tons of free value.


This knowledge on nutrition has come from years of being a raw foodist and doing many fruit only detox’s. On top of that teaching close to one thousand students pick up has meant I have constantly been tweaking and refining my habits. The preperation stuff that goes on behind the scenes 24/7, before you meet me on Friday of bootcamp.


Being a pick up teacher I need to be consistantly ON, it is not an option to have a bad night let alone month. Nutrition plays a MAJOR role in gaining consistancy at pick up both by helping the body and the mind.

Tip 1: Make sure you are eating enough carbs


Tip 2: Get regular early nights


Tip 3: Stay hydrated


Tip 4: Make sure you are getting daily exercise.


Tip 5: Meditate for 20 minutes everyday
