How to Remove Pain Bodies and Structure in Pua

Had a great meet up with a couple of guys from an up and coming film company in London this week, straight after Paris fashion week.  The first interview is with me on why a strict structure in pick up can be bad and removing pain bodies.  After the interview the film guys said it would probably be very useful to go out and demonstrate some of this, under pressure and un-prepared I hit the projects of L Square :-)  

 

In 20 minutes before their battery ran out I found three girls that I think most of us would like to cuddle with ;-) number closed two of them and the other one was advertising for Spearmint Rhino’s, she had no phone and couldn’t remember her number, I’d guess was a legitimate excuse. 

 

When I say I wasn’t prepared that isn’t exactly true, I teach this stuff infield on bootcamp every fortnight and usually do at least a couple of 1-1 training sessions during the week as well.  The massive amount of hours I spend socialising when away from the office means I’m always prepared because you never know who you might meet on the bus or when you are shopping.

 

I’m going to put a new video up every few weeks, featuring not just my insights but all of the other Instructors insights as well.  Combined we have over 24 years infield experience, with each of us being unique and different, you will choose one of us who you relate to the most, try to stay open-minded and learn from everyone though.

Summary:

 

Strict Structure

When you get down to it, being in field and having real social interactions are not fixed and are very much free flowing and alive.  A strict structure solidifies and conditions what once was fluid, and when looked at realistically from an experienced standpoint the systematic approach of practicing routines and lines leads to nowhere sustainable.

 

Set patterns and routines are incapable of adaptability and only offer a better cage to the one which the student was in before.  Truth is outside of all patterns and methods.

 

Strict structure dulls your creativity and ability to use your own judgement, this will remove any sense of freedom from the student.  You will no longer be “being” but merely “doing” without sensitivity or realness.

 

Pain Bodies

Through experience, many men in the seduction community carry pain bodies inside them sometimes very large ones.  The routine methods teach that learning the perfect lines and copying someone else’s mannerisms can cover the pain body up.

 

The student might be smiling and running “material” but you don’t need to be a monk to notice that there is a huge ball of unhappy emotions underneath the surface of them.  This ball of unhappy emotion or pain body is always looking for the next thing to be unhappy about, it will never get enough.  Unfortunately students with low levels of self-esteem don’t think they are attractive as a person and so in turn are drawn towards learning lines.  This often leads to frustration, increase in ego and either giving up and declaring that learning “game” doesn’t work or they become social robots that live in constant fear that someone will uncover their unhappy selves.

 

The way to remove a pain body is to do two things:-

 

1. Remove your identification with the pain body, so when it is activated just say to yourself, this is just a pain body I’m feeling and has no relation to who I am.  Within just a couple of weeks your identification with the pain body will be gone or a lot weaker and so you will no longer get those negative emotions welling up inside of you affecting both yourself and the people around you.  The old negative emotion may still be present during that time but will gradually fade away as the pain body needs the ego and without it, it will die.

 

2. Accept that it is just a pain body you are feeling, it is there and is present but now you are aware of it and so it will go.  Don’t make it into problem or something that is wrong with you, the ego will love that, instead just accept whatever you are feeling at the moment will pass.

 

Following the steps above will remove a pain body, it is also useful to avoid things that might trigger the pain body during this phase to make the experience less painful.

    Excellent! Inner game is a big part of MY own factor holding me back, most of my friends in relationships etc.wondering where the hell i’m going!? Now moving forward!-Take note of this guys, or take a bootcamp and you’ll do the same!!
