Alkaline Diet
Today’s post is on Acid and Alkaline food types and in particular how an Alkaline Diet can super charge your state and game levels. When I was first starting out I used to notice my energy levels would be up and down like a yoyo throughout the night, “I’m in a Great Mood!” “I’m in a Bad Mood”. Needless to say this led to a lot of inconsistency with my sets and sporadic drops and increases in my energy levels throughout the night, I couldn’t seem to keep my state.
I actually have suffered from a loved one getting a Heart Attack when I was just starting out in Pick Up and naturally I was totally devastated. After a while I started to become a bit paranoid about my own health, I think this is quite a common mentality but it did give me the motivation to start looking into how my body works and how I can get the best out of it.
In tribal days our diets consisted primarily of leafy foods and the occasional meat but since the change in economy the western world in particular has fallen prey to eating acid rich foods. The average British and American persons diet consists primarily of acidic forming foods such as: grains, fish, meat, poultry, shellfish, cheese, milk, and salt which all produce acid and that paired with the decrease in leafy water rich foods has led to the massive health issues that we are seeing today.

1 in 4 People die from Heart Disease. From the remaining people left 1 in 3 will get cancer, that’s almost 50% of all people will get either cancer or heart disease. Compared with people who are considered to be athletes who have a only 1 in 7 chance for either type, what does that tell you about the way the average person is living their life. I’m not saying you need to be super fit or work out all the time but it is super important if you want not only to get the best out of your life but also have a nice neutral balance in your body which will allow you to maintain that peak state when you’re out in a nightclub.
Of course, everybody is different – but most of us should aim to eat 70-80% alkaline foods and a maximum of 20-30% acid forming foods.
This does not have to be measured in calories, grams or anything technical, just look at your plate! Is 70% of the food on it alkalising?
Be honest how much of the food you eat is alkaline rich? Less than 50% is suicide. People might experience the following symptoms:-
Lack of energy
Excessive mucous production
Nasal congestion
Frequent colds and flu
Anxiety, nervousness, irritability
Ovarian cysts, polycystic ovaries, benign breast cysts
Headache
Apart from the obvious health benefits, the energy boost from eating alkaline rich foods is huge, this isn’t snake oil but basic performance knowledge that we should all know. Eating correctly gives you massive energy output, will improve your skin and complexion, increase your self-esteem because you know you are looking after yourself and will lead to people just wanting to be around you. This is one of the major contributors to why I am able to demo and get massive attraction consistently throughout a weekend bootcamp.
Acidic water can hold very little oxygen. Alkaline water can hold large amounts of oxygen. This includes the water in cells. To increase the amount of oxygen in your cells, you therefore need to create a more alkaline environment. The increase in oxygen throughout your body will super charge you, try this 1 minute technique:-
“Breath in for one second, Hold it for Four Seconds and Breath out for two seconds” 1, 4, 2. Do this just a few times and notice how you feel as you fill your lungs with oxygen, and then breathing out………. Damm it feels good doesn’t it :-) Now with an alkaline environment you will be able to store a lot more oxygen, so that feeling you just got then from breathing in and out excessively is the feeling you will get all the time with regular breathing. You get me now
Can you see how this stuff can be useful for your game?

The Acid / Alkaline effect is actually fairly secret and not many people know about this and the benefits that it has. If you can think back to old school science, do you remember the PH testing strips you would use to see what PH level a testing solution was during class? Well our bodies are made up from the same PH Scale.
You can test your PH level by getting a PH Stick and putting it on your tongue which will then feed back your PH Rating, ideally you want your body to be slightly more Alkaline around 7.35 is great. I looked around Boots and my local chemists but couldn’t find any and so ordered them online from here: http://www.amazinghealth.co.uk/alkaline-products.htm but do another Google search and you might be able to find them cheaper else where.
Something that I do is buy 3 Lemons (ph9) and 3 Limes (ph8.5) a week and chop one of each in half and squeeze into a glass with water daily, also I make sure just one of my meals a day is super charged with alkaline rich / immune boosting foods. For instance pasta with peppers, broccoli, carrots and chopped tomatoes, with a sauce and possibly some fish is usually a common dish of mine. Then finish off with some fruit or some salad and then I can just take it easy for the rest of the day, keeping an eye on my energy levels as I go.

good question
the answer is yes and no.
It is unhuman to be in an amazingly confident, sociable mood all the time. In life things happen and those supprises that affect our moods are actually good because we would get very bored just feeling awesome all the time, we need variety.
PH Balance will give you:-
higher energy levels,
positivity,
improved health and immune system,
better focus and vision
higher self-esteem
It doesn’t mean that you can’t pickup in a bad state, just accept that state and dont fight it but take right action anyway by approaching.

That sounds like a great breakfast! So immediatly after that breakfast you will feel amazing but if you then have pizza for lunch, guess what – energy crash! Ideally dont take it too seriously and just try to eat good food generally and balance it out. Like if I have a pasta dish with no greens then I might have a green smoothie later. Overally you want to be eating 60% green alkaline food compared to 40% other food.
