Wireless microphones will be used so we can hear your approaches in real time and give you detailed feedback as you go. We will tell you the things you are doing well and the things that you can improve, we won't miss a beat.
Our heart rate monitor will be used to pick up how relaxed you are feeling while talking to women. The rhythm of your heart rate and how high or low it goes during an interaction. With this feedback you will get a greater insight in to what you body is doing internally during your approaches. We will then do exercises using meditation, tapping, NLP and or CBT to help heal these emotions in you for good and relieve you of social anxiety.
The heart rate monitor will also be used on our hot girl helper so you will be able to see what makes her heart skip a beat! This feedback will give you total confidence during approaches when the woman is giving you very little back. Even during this situation you will know that she is feeling attraction emotions on the inside even if she is very good at hiding them. Total confidence!
Finally we will record your approaches on our FULL HD stealth video camera with wireless audio. This footage is just for you. The instructors will watch the footage with you in the PUA Method offices and breakdown what you are doing great and where improvements can be made.
