The Correct Mindset to reach PUA Mastery

"To be a learner, you've got to be willing to be a fool."
To succeed at anything you must be willing to embarrass yourself, be considered try hard or foolish. Worrying about what other people think will stunt your learning path if not completely kill it.
The Five Main Points:
Point 1: Instruction - Find a good instructor to help show you the path, make sure he has had to walk the same path before and he is able to relay the way he did it back to you in a clear way.
Point 2: Practice - Regular practice, you should be looking to do at least 3 * 4 hours practice a week. The less hours you put in the longer it will take to reach a level of mastery.
Point 3: Surrender - Remove all outcome dependence, you are just training for the sake of improvement and learning, it doesn't matter on the outcome.
Point 4: Intentionally - Each training night should have a purpose and you should look to consistently push forward trying new techniques and theory.

Getting Energy for Mastery:
Point 1: Physical Fitness - If you were to train for the marathon would you sit at home and watch TV to conserve your energy? No absolutely not and its the same with anything, the more energy you use the more energy you get back. Maintaining a good level of fitness should be mandatory for everybody, join the gym today!
Point 2: Acknowledge negative but focus on the positive - It is important to look at what you can do to improve and sticking points but also focus on the good things you are doing. I recommend that for every set you tell yourself one thing that you did well in that set before you open the next one. This will help you improve a LOT quicker as you generally move to what you want, it will also remove AA because you will associate good things to opening sets.
Point 3: Try telling the truth - Telling the truth and not covering up things will give you more energy because you will be using less energy to cover up lies. Try this out.
Point 4: Set your priorities - Look at what is really important to you and write it down. You will get extra energy to go out and get what you really want. Happiness is a checked off list.
Point 5: Make commitments. Take action. - Just taking action and writing down goals helps a lot. Taking ACTION is the most important starting point.
Point 6: Get on the path and stay on it - Show yourself that you can achieve goals and become a winner. Doing this will make you believe in yourself more which will tell your brain to give you more energy.
Beware of Potential Pitfalls:
Point 1: Don't let people bring you down or take you away from your path.- What always happens is that some of your friends will not like the idea of you bettering yourself because they will worry that you wont want to be their friend anymore also there might be preconceived group dynamics that they are the leader and not you.
Point 2: Inconsistency - Little things done consistently will produce extraordinary results. It might not seem much but just keep doing whatever you are doing over and over again, don't ever stop. Sometimes you will hit platues where you will not make progress but adventually you will push through it and reach a new level of performance. You don't go to the gym one day and get the body that you want, it takes a little time every other day and this is the same with everything.

There are lots of great books on how to model someone or how to achieve success. The main points to remember are to take action, write goals in a diary every day and finally stay on your path by consistently training.
