Hey guys,

Sorry for the delay I've been out in field for the last couple of weeks, teaching and experimenting pretty much five nights a week hardcore. I'm buzzing with new ideas and realizations that I've had, expect a lot of action from this blog with brand new stuff in the next few weeks.

For the moment checkout this part of a Russel Brand interview, the whole of it is great and has many great insights but this part in particular resonated very well, I think its awesome!

Some points of reference:-

He is not worried about not being funny in a stand up show because he has got used to not being funny by being rejected by the audience so many times. Similar to pickup you can only be completely comfortable in set after you've been rejected many times before. He also mentions that he has lots of material ready to be used which is similar to a PUA having outer game knowledge that you know you can rely on when out of state.

Being a nice person in real life and doing good things is the only real way that will allow you to walk up to a girl with real self esteem. Knowing what you are saying is sincere and true to yourself gives you that core belief and allows you to be natural.

Be truthful to yourself and don't imitate somebody else. “The reason those great performers are great is because they are themselves. They are themselves beautifully and perfectly in tune with what and who they are, and if you get in tune with what you are, you'll have it, but if you are constantly trying to be someone else you'll be shit".
