How to get yourself in a good mood

Be Loud: Sing a song loudly, Yeeehaaa Loudly, Shout out some Chants "Hey Hey baby, Oh Ah", "Say a Boom Boom Boom let me hear you say Whey Oh" or anything you like.

Be Physial: Jump up and down, do star jumps, high five people, clap your hands, run around the room

Relax: Take deep breathes and slow everything down, notice your heart beating and your lunngs moving, notive your hands and legs and feel good within your body just because you are alive

NLP: Remember the last time you were in a good mood, imagine what you were doing, where you were, who was there, and how good it made you feel. Each time you get that good feeling inside of yourself remembering those good memories then press your thumb and finger together. Do this several times and whenever you want to feel good again you just have to press your thumb and finger together and you will be in that good mood again, this is called anchoring.

Listen to your favourite Music: Turn your favourite song list up load and sing and dance along to the music.

Roleplay: Get your friends to pretend its your birthday and sing you a song and cheer, or pretend you are the owner of a night club and you want to know how everybody is enjoying their evening.

Three basic ways to start a conversation

Direct: "Hey i thought you looked like an interesting person so i want to come and meet you, who are you?"

In-Direct: "Hey quick question, im looking for a non romantic gift for my friend, its her birthday so i want to get her something but she's had feelings for me in the past and im trying not to confuse the situation, what could you recommend?"

Group: "Hey guys (to strangers), Sorry im late i got stuck in traffic, and Sarah hid my shoes, did i miss much? :-)"
